Yeah, sure. But only four new episodes and we're already into
repeats?
There are only six half hours this season.

See ya

And how about starting and ending on time? Not having about fifteen
minutes of commercials, a third of which are shoved into the last five
minutes? George Liquor Dog Show episode was cut off, and I forgot to
set the TIVO to record that ridiculous "Blind Date" after.

I've about had it with TNN.

His statement shows he's not aware of who you are!
Not that you're God or John K or 'the' TNN spokesman...
But you're the closest thing to it, for our little clan.

Aw, shucks. someone *important*. on an almost empty cartoon Usenet
group. It's terrible to feel so left out.

If you are somehow affiliated with the show or the network, it would
seem you'd be interested in the comments, positive and negative, from
viewers.

Further, asswipe, it seems most of the complaints I've read here have
to do NOT with Ren and Stimpy, which I've been loyal to since its
beginning, but TNN, which has been sloppy, to say the least.

Arent' you supposed to be cleaning your room? Mom said so.
That's what my kid is for
Sounds like my father. He thought of me as a slave to do all his work around
his house too. I wonder what ever happened to him?

Don't make the same mistake. One day your kid (or slave) is going to grow up
into an adult and will remember everything you are doing to him/her now.
One day you will get old and your "kid" is not going to help you with anything,
or pay to put you into an old people's home, you will be on your own.

She's only 18 months, she doesn't listen to me anyway. Calm down, I was
just pointing out that I was older, I wouldn't make a slave out of my kid.

I agree with you 100%
For example: Sponsors are one thing, but to have THAT MUCH air time
devoted to commercials leads this viewer to believe that he is being
blown.

This plugging long commercial strings in the last five minutes is a
real breakthrough in TV. ESPECIALLY when the show runs over time. How
fucking innovative.

Further, the splitting of Fire Dogs into two episodes, when the
listing indicated otherwise. That stupid honeymooners skit was worse
than bad.

Also, "Naked Beach Party" was listed for last week. Then, I come home
to find that the episode was yanked and "Ren Seeks Help" was replayed.
ALREADY? What's the story, Mr. TNN? <smirk>

All this suggests to me that hopes were raised falsely.

Don't get me wrong, I think the new episodes are fantastic. Every one
of them (save the stupid honeymooners skit) is wonderful, gutsplitting
fun.

I just think it's just too bad Cartoon Network didn't make the deal.

I just hope that this digital re-mastering of the old and new stuff
gets onto DVD soon.

Any news on that, Mr. TNN?

I keep pulling down my pants and bending over each time they cut off right in the
middle of an episode and crank in more commercials because I feel like they are
screwing me in the ass.

The stupid part is when they get back to the cartoon, it ends in a minute anyway,
so they could have waited the extra minute and not hacked the cartoon where they
do! What the hell are they doing? Is it automated so that at a certain time
the commercials start playing no matter where the program is? Sure seems like
it because no person would do that deliberately, would they?

The best thing to do is just forget about them and not go back. They are only
running reruns anymore anyway, so piss on them.

Plus it was NOT Ren & Stimpy OR a cartoon even, so not what people tuned in to
see. I didn't even get what the hell that was supposed to be about or what they
were doing. I didn't get any of the jokes, or couldn't even figure out if they
were supposed to be doing jokes or not. What the hell WERE they doing? And
why was it on a honeymooner's set?

As Porkey would say: "That's ALL folks!" We saw everything they had that was
new and now they expect us to sit through all those commercials to see the
reruns. Not me.

I think they all suck. Ren & Stimply are not homosexuals, nor do they even act
or have the same personalities as they are being shown as in the new crap. If
they want to make a new cartoon, then fine, use new characters, don't change the
personality and style of an existing one.

I just hope that this digital re-mastering of the old and new stuff

I hope they are put on separate DVDs. I don't want any of the new crap. They
can keep it. Endless hours of Ren walking down streets and hallways step by
step forever, and then commercials. What crap. It is not even funny!
Then I watch some of the old ones I taped from Nick and I laugh till my sides
hurt.

And their "trick" to make me sit through some stupid program and wait for them to
show the old episodes doesn't work. I have them all, so they can screw off
trying to make me watch striperella or that mouse cartoon, I will have nothing to
do with them. I got pissed at those two shows as soon as they forced the
animated commercials about them OVER THE REN & STIMPY CARTOON covering half of
the screen so I couldn't enjoy the Ren and Stimpy cartoon! That is spam, and I
don't buy anything from Spam or Telemarketers!

line with Nick's version.
That is obvious now. What a bunch of losers. Can't even keep up for
a few weeks. And what moron gets into a deal like this without having
enough episodes ready before you start showing them? I would have
waited until I had a few months worth done first. As a matter of fact,
that is exactly what I do.

I never get myself into a situation where I am going to fall behind, even
if I get sick or something unexpected. These are complete amateurs.

Yes, cruelty to animals is always funny to people who grow up into
serial killers. I hope I never run into these cartoonists on the
street anywhere.
I'm not a serial killer. You have some hang ups.
