We got a few new episodes, a few 'remastered' old ones, and that's
it???

Now the show is off until Oct. 2, when an old episode will run at
11:30PM. What happened? Has the network balked at the new stuff?
This doesn't seem like much of a comeback.

There were only six episodes scheduled for the first season. Spike has
aired three, they have one they haven't aired yet, and Spumco Canada
is working on completing the last two right now. The show will be back
early next year.

See ya

But the network will not be around next year! It may not make it to
the end of this year.

This is what happens when you pay some idiot consultant salaries big
enough to pay for the entire company of people who actually WORK at the
company doing something productive, to make changes just for the sake of
making changes and to try and make money while not making a good product
that would get money.

American business.... The biggest joke of human society.

I enjoyed the R&S tunes but I feel like Spike is a piece of shit
network and Cartoon's Network's Adult Swim kicked the hell out of The
Strip. Nonetheless, I look forward to seeing R&S again if Spike is
still around next year.

What happened is that they only showed 2 or 3 new episodes, and even
those were impossible to watch with all the animated spray painting
graphics that interrupted the programs every 5 seconds, so people said
the hell with that and after being fooled with the same episode running
over and over again every week and the annoying animated commercials
over the shows so you can't see the shows, no one bothered to tune in
anymore and the ratings took such a dive and they have been so
overwhelmed with complaint letters that they finally just put the whole
mess out of it's misery and ended it.

WHAT new stuff? It was all the same old reruns over and over and over
again.

It wasn't. And by the end of the year, this whole network will be
gone. They don't have any clue to how to run a network. Must have
hired some new college degreed consultant to change TNN into some big
network, then now realized they are worse than if they would have just
stayed the way they were. You wouldn't think you could get any worse
than some nashville programming network, but when you hire these young
stupid college degree people, you find that you actually CAN do worse.

The animated program interrupters were probably 97% of why the network
failed, but even after the thousands of complaints, they still didn't
get the message. So they deserve to go bankrupt.

A-fucking-men.
Fat and inexperience. Greed and green. That's how I see it.
